CLASS DESCRIPTION:
This experiential class focuses on the struggles, joys, and pains that participants bring. David works with participants in order to help them individually and then uses these live examples to demonstrate techniques, skills, and feeling attitudes that bring about healing. Questions and discussion follow each individual’s work.
You can share your struggles or simply bear witness to the issues and teachings that arise from witnessing others. Together we create a sacred healing space.
Participants may bring their inner difficulties (e.g., inner criticism, feelings, habits, addictions), night time dreams, relationship problems, economic or social struggles, or concerns about your physical health or symptoms.
VALUES: I employ a nonjudgmental, non-shaming approach to understanding people and facilitating the class. I believe that pregnant in each person’s struggle, is not only a resolution, but also the seed of profound life changes.
COST: $135
FORMAT: Class will be held in person at StudioNia Santa Fe. For this class, we are not open to people coming to individual classes.
DATE AND TIME: Monday evenings: January 4th, 11th, 18th, and 25th from 7:00-9:15pm.
