EPISODES

EPISODE ONE: UNSHAMING PERFORMANCE ANXIETY

On Episode One of UnShamed TV, I work with Joy’s freeze response to performance anxiety. Rather than teach her to calm down, we amplified her anxiety somatically and found a great power and passion that lived inside her.

EPISODE TWO: WORKING WITH TRANSPARENCY & INNER AND OUTER BOUNDARIES

On this episode of UnShamed TV, a woman wrestled with wanting to be more transparent about herself on social media as a coach. Her debate with others, and herself, about this led her to discover a way of taking care of herself as she came out more.

EPISODE THREE: AGENCY, TRAUMA & VISIONARY LEADERSHIP

On this episode of UnShamed TV, my guest wrestled with complex PTSD and wanted more agency. As we UnShamed her process, we both learned more about what agency meant (a body experience of life energy) and a path of visionary leadership.

EPISODE FOUR: WORKING WITH TRAUMA & SEXUAL ASSAULT

On this episode of UnShamed TV, I worked with a woman's trauma, arising from a sexual assault. UnShaming her experience, we found a ferocious heat that lived in her.

EPISODE FIVE: A LONGING TO BELONG

On this episode of UnShamed TV, Alex showed us the deep spiritual longing to belong. She taught us all the meaning of being, not doing, as her heavy contracted body took her to the land of sleep and dreams and THAT which holds us all.

EPISODE SIX: UNSHAMING EXTERNAL & INTERNALIZED OPPRESSION

On this episode of UnShamed TV, I had the extraordinary privilege of facilitating Asha, an Indigenous healer, who worked on her external and internalized oppression. We UnShamed her experience of being seen through eyes that fear and malign her beauty, uncovering her compassion, her fierce boundaries, and her walk towards beauty and her ancestors.

EPISODE SEVEN: LOVE FROM BEYOND: WHEN PARENTAL LOVE IS MISSING

Sometimes when a child doesn’t have parents that truly nourish and protect their truth, their body, their soul, that child grows up to find other sources of nourishment that are even more profound than any one parent could ever be. That was the case for Mary Ann who connected with helper beings in the stars. In fact, as she processed her childhood pain we found that she was one of those helper beings.
