EPISODE ONE: UNSHAMING PERFORMANCE ANXIETY
In this episode, I work with Joy’s freeze response to performance anxiety. Rather than teach her to calm down, we amplified her anxiety somatically and found a great power and passion that lived inside her.
EPISODE TWO: WORKING WITH TRANSPARENCY & INNER AND OUTER BOUNDARIES
In this episode, a woman wrestled with wanting to be more transparent about herself on social media as a coach. Her debate with others, and herself, about this led her to discover a way of taking care of herself as she came out more.
EPISODE THREE: AGENCY, TRAUMA & VISIONARY LEADERSHIP
In this episode, my guest wrestled with complex PTSD and wanted more agency. As we Unshamed her process, we both learned more about what agency meant (a body experience of life energy) and a path of visionary leadership.
EPISODE FOUR: WORKING WITH TRAUMA & SEXUAL ASSAULT
In this episode, I worked with a woman's trauma, arising from a sexual assault. Unshaming her experience, we found a ferocious heat that lived in her.

EPISODE SIX: UNSHAMING EXTERNAL & INTERNALIZED OPPRESSION
In this episode, I had the extraordinary privilege of facilitating Asha, an Indigenous healer, who worked on her external and internalized oppression. We Unshamed her experience of being seen through eyes that fear and malign her beauty, uncovering her compassion, her fierce boundaries, and her walk towards beauty and her ancestors.
EPISODE SEVEN: LOVE FROM BEYOND: WHEN PARENTAL LOVE IS MISSING
Sometimes when a child doesn’t have parents that truly nourish and protect their truth, their body, their soul, that child grows up to find other sources of nourishment that are even more profound than any one parent could ever be. That was the case for Mary Ann who connected with helper beings in the stars. In fact, as she processed her childhood pain we found that she was one of those helper beings.
EPISODE EIGHT: UNSHAMING INDECISIVENESS
In this episode, a man says he is indecisive - that he is avoiding making decisions. Instead of helping him become more decisive, I UnShame his indecisiveness. He slowly raises his arms, clenched his hands and turns away. He feels some safety in a safer place and he feels the strength in him. We Unshame that strength and learn that he is building core clarity. We learn that he is building the capacity to make decisions from his core, deeper than his ideas.
EPISODE NINE: UNSHAMING INTERNERNALIZED BODY HATRED & SHAME
In this episode, we look at how to unshame internalized body hatred and body shame. Finding the “cure” in self-compassion and a growling knuckling 'fuck you' fist.
EPISODE TEN: UNSHAMING ILLNESS & DISCOVERING OUR TRUE NATURE
Having an illness early in life leads us and others to work hard to overcome it. That can build strength. But it can also come along with a fierce inner critic that tries to make us “normal” or “healthy.” In that case, we need to help a person with that inner critic AND help them discover who they are when they are having no pressure to socialize or normalize. We need to help them discover their original nature.
EPISODE ELEVEN: UNSHAMING OUR DEEPEST ANSWERS
Sometimes our deepest answers are not in figuring out anything or changing and growing, but in dying a little bit. That’s what I learned about in my time with Catherine on this episode of Unshamed TV.
EPISODE TWELVE: UNSHAMING & DISCOVERING THE MEDICINE IN “HIDING”
A woman says it’s time to come out and be her rock star self. Where has she been? She says “underground, doing nothing, hiding.” But when we Unshame her underground-self, we find she has been in a miner library, studying timeless knowledge about love. PROFOUND.
EPISODE THIRTEEN: UNSHAMING OUR SPIRITUAL GIFTS & ESSENCE
What does it mean to be spiritual? To have a spiritual life? Many of us have been given ideas and images of spirituality, but they may not be in accordance with our true spiritual gifts and essence. In this episode of UnShamed TV, Sarah connected with the spiritual child Simon her - the golden child whom felt the divine beauty in things and celebrated that experience with a childlike joy and playfulness. Truly divine.
EPISODE FOURTEEN: UNSHAMING OUR FIERCE POWER
On this episode, a woman of color wrestles with becoming more visible and bringing out more of her voice as we Unshame both her compassion and fierce power.
EPISODE FIFTEEN: UNSHAMING OUR INNER CRITIC
In this episode, a man who is an actor and writer feels stuck. In response to an inner critic who pressures him to write like others, he puts up unconscious walls. He becomes unmovable. While this doesn't help him write, it does prevent him from 'being someone he's not.' Understanding this UnShames his view of himself, that he is a procrastinator and lazy. We then begin to look at new ways that are authentic, that will allow his true voice to emerge.
EPISODE SIXTEEN: UNSHAMING IMPOSTER SYNDROME & AN INNER CRITIC

EPISODE SEVENTEEN: UNSHAMING BY GOING INTO THE BODY
A woman works on an inner critic, making her feel wrong and doubt herself. We proceeded by dialoguing with her 'parts' and then going into the body. There, in her heart, she found her deepest truth - that she is a dreamer, a poet, an actress who expresses feelings beyond conventional language. So beautiful.
Q & A EPISODE
Trauma, Abuse and Shame, Q & A. In this live, I addressed questions about: Processing anger and rage, Unshaming distrust, Radical Soma - working with the body experience, Codependency, Unshaming vigilence and Working with hopelessness.
EPISODE EIGHTEEN: UNSHAMING TRAUMA & CHRONIC SYMPTOMS
In this episode, we worked on Unshaming trauma and chronic symptoms by unfolding the power living in the body and immune system.
EPISODE NINETEEN: UNSHAMING THE NEED FOR SAFETY & WANTING TO HIDE
A woman works on her need to feel safe so that she can come out in the world more. When we went into her somatic experience of feeling shame, she not only wanted to hide but also manifested protective energy in her jaw, shoulders and fists. Unshaming that energy allowed her to embody the part of her that can protect her in the world. If we had taken a conventional path and tried to help her feel more at ease first, she would not have found her own protector and the path of her coming out - a path made by integrating her power.
EPISODE TWENTY: UNSHAMING NIGHTTIME VIGILANCE & DISTURBED SLEEP
A person comes with the difficulty of having disturbed sleep - waking up in the night. While we discussed thyroid issues and grief, we also did some Unshaming work by exploring their experience upon waking. There was a kind of vigilance along with a body expression of clenched fists and tightness - a kind of armor, they said. They had experienced earlier gaslighting which led to trying to get rid of this “protection.” Unshaming led them to believe in their ability to protect, make boundaries, and even fight. Instead of trying to reduce the vigilance and nighttime experience, Unshaming helped her integrate these energies so that they can live them during the day.
EPISODE TWENTY-ONE: UNSHAMING EATING DISORDERS
In this episode, we talked about unshaming eating disorders. A woman works on her earlier bulimia, and we discover together how the purging aspect has a lot of unexpressed emotions, strong feelings, and sometimes even rage that lives in her. Making contact with that part of her also opens her creativity and her deep trust of herself.
